Our Story - The Birth of Platinum Attitude
Platinum Attitude LLC was founded for the sole purpose to allow the motorcycle and other outdoor enthusiast communities the ability to enjoy their passion in a safer and more secure environment.
David Stewart came up with the idea and enlisted the help of Michael and Barbara Martin to turn his dream into reality.
Born from many years of motorcycle riding, the concept of Alert Riders began to take shape.
For months the three of them tossed around various ideas including shapes, sizes, what needs to be included, how to mount the product and especially how to help people enjoy their passion in a safer environment.
All our hard work paid off and a 20-year patent was approved. Alert Riders gives you an extra layer of safety.

Personally, we have been riding for decades. We have been in all types of ride groups – small to large and everything in between. We have firsthand knowledge of how many things can go wrong in a ride and then how quickly it can turn from bad to catastrophic. We have firsthand experience with the problems that can occur when trying to slow down or pull over a group.
